Assignment Title: WAEMU Capital Market Tax Harmonization Report
ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this new report is to submit, in the light of the recommendations and analyzes already produced and the existing texts, proposals aimed at optimizing the taxation applicable to securities and other financial products, including for bonds and sovereign bonds, issued in within WAEMU, drawing on experiences in other emerging markets and taking into account the state constraints on tax revenue mobilization.
