The study aims to create the conditions for a better circulation of services envisaged in the context of the establishment of the WAEMU Common Market. It makes perfect sense in a context where, across the Union, services occupy on average almost half of the GDP (48.6%) and contribute to the creation of important jobs in the various branches.
