You are a recent graduate with at least a 4-year degree in law, economics, management, human sciences, or any other relevant field, with at least one year of verifiable experience. You have a good command of IT tools. You are autonomous. You have a good knowledge of useful Internet and online research techniques.  You have good writing skills and a good level of English. You wish to develop your professional skills and technical abilities by collaborating with highly qualified people: consultants, researchers, academics, etc. You want to contribute to providing solutions to development issues in various economic and social fields. Your mission:

You will work with a dynamic team that delivers and deploys professional services solutions for clients in West Africa, Central Africa, Southern Africa, East Africa, and North Africa. You will assist Project Managers in their assignments and provide services according to the terms and conditions to be defined. You will be required to act autonomously at times to meet requirements under tight deadlines and pressure.

You will be working with the ALG Ghana Team and other functional departments of ALG.
